”I love to see our partners succeed.”

In January 2025, Danielle Worth joined Phyron as Head of Partner Success.

Hi Danielle. Welcome to Phyron! Having worked with our solution and services at ATG for years you knew pretty well what you were getting into, didn’t you?

”Absolutely. I already knew and loved the product suite, and I had also met with quite a number of the Phyron team. I also collaborated with them for years before joining the team in January.”

What exactly do you do at Phyron now?

”I’m essentially supporting our partners and their customers, working with CMS providers, digital marketing agencies and marketplaces.

”My role is to make sure they have what they need to succeed to position, onboard, and support the Phyron AI suite. So most of the time I’m on the phone or online with our partners.”

Where are they located?

”Some of our partners are global, others regional or local. Canada … US … South Africa … Australia … Denmark … France … Spain … Slovenia … all over the place. Many different characters and cultures, which I love.”

So, what are you guys talking about?

”We share information around dealer onboarding, new features and designs, customer cases … demo videos, and other things.”

Do you work from home?

”Most of the time I do. But I make sure to spend a day or two with the Phyron team in London and Brighton every week. And I have frequent contact with Phyron in Stockholm and other places.”

What do you do after work?

”I’m a dog person. I volunteer at a dog rescue and love walking my dog Phoebe in the countryside. Plus I’m learning to sew and make clothes, which is a fun challenge for my creative side.”

So far, what’s it like, working with Phyron?

”First and foremost I love the pace. We work as a team to get things done and it’s very effective. I love working as part of a friendly and open-minded multi-cultural team.

”I’m amazed how much the product has evolved the past couple of years. And I love how we have automated so many internal processes, too. Automation is part of our ethos, and we practice what we preach!”
